Our process integrates modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT and coaching techniques such as visualizations, improvisation.

Our approach begins with a deep-dive discovery, after which we will develop a pathway to help you heal past anxieties, and loosen the grip of the obstacles that are holding you back from living, truly living.

Counseling and Therapy is the perfect hybrid relationship, bringing the education, experience and compassion of a licensed therapist together with the energy, focus and relationality of someone who has been there.

Our Model

We provide a comprehensive intake with thought-provoking questions. Our process is designed to inspire and encourage new ways of thinking about your past, your present and your future.

We carefully tailor therapy to each individual based on their challenges and goals. But we create space for therapy to evolve as those goals and challenges change. Sometimes, we can resolve a specific issue in a handful of targeted sessions. In other cases, we need more time to find the root causes of struggles and to craft and execute plans to address them. Many of our patients have worked with us for over a long period of time. Some view regular therapy as analogous to a physical-fitness practice. Others prefer to work with us intermittently, perhaps when they face a specific problem or enter a new stage of life. Whatever the temporal nature of our therapeutic relationship, our clients know that they have a reliable ally to whom they can turn. We see clients both in person and via HIPAA-compliant video.
